This Circular sets out the resulting changes to the Building Regulations 2000, the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2000, the Building and Approved Inspectors (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and the Building (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2009. Its also explains the transitional provisions, and highlights the approval and publication of an amended Approved Document, and further provisions for self-certification.
