Financial sector continues to restrain economic recovery. Interest in prime stock remains strong but stock shortage is evident. Leasing markets may be firming slightly but remain exposed to retail trading weakness especially outside London. City Grade A office demand is strong. Moderate expectations of performance in the industrial and logistics sector confirmed. Developers in the residential sector are acquisitive with suitable sites difficult to source.
