Tenant demand rises further at a modest pace for office and industrial property with office rental expectations turning positive for the first time in two years on London surge in optimism. Rising space availability still weighs on rental confidence across most regions and sectors outside London offices. Letting activity for business property continued to pick up in Q1 2010 at a marginally slower rate than in Q4 2009. Occupier enquiries rose at a generally faster pace across most regions and sectors with the exception of London retail. Confidence towards future lettings activity continues to grow outside of the London retail sector.
