Net annual housing supply in England in 2009-2010. 128 680 net additional dwellings in 2009-10, a 23% decrease compared with 2008-2009, the lowest annual level of net housing supply since 2000-01. 97% of net additional dwellings were accounted for by new build completions. Fewer net additional dwellings were supplied across all the regions with North West showing the largest decrease.
