Summary: A Bill introduced on 10 November 2010 which will convert certain long leases into ownership, and as a consequence create separate tenements in relation to certain rights of game and fishing. Also provides for certain rights and obligations to be converted into real burdens, for former owners to be compensated, and allows tenants of qualifying long leases to opt out of conversion.
