Online resources: Summary: This index draws on the IPD index of UK investment properties (184 buildings in 51 different parks at the end of 2009), a set of buildings described as 'S&P Parks'. Compares S&P Parks with two wider benchmarks - the IPD All Parks index and the IPD Urban Offices index. The second of these indexes looks at a sample of typical town centre offices (excluding central London). Contains tables, charts and maps.
