Plans show proposals for the rebuilding of 11 and 12 Great George Street and are accompanied by the confidential report of the Special (Rebuilding) Committee dated 16 June 1958 (C.P. [58]58) with appendices A and B and annex S. (R.B.)O./P.(58)1.

Library holds two sets of the full plans and committee notes, two sets of the plans with the annex only, and one further set of the plans, which are coloured.

The plans are by Guy Briscoe F.R.I.C.S., M. Inst. R.A., chartered surveyor and architect of 5 and 6 Staple Inn, London WC2.
