Samuel Green was an auctioneer and surveyor, who carried out his business at 28 and 29 St Swithin's Lane, London. Edmund Horace and Frederick Algernon Green were his sons, and this document records their being taken into the business as partners.
Item is accompanied by a letter dated 2 July 1894 to Samuel Green from the accountants Alfd. Lass, Eood & Co., containing a statement of assets and liabilities, and a letter dated 6 July 1894 to Samuel Green from John Holmes & Son, solictiors, enclosing the articles of partnership.
