The average lot size for the whole of 2003 was £486 000, with the average size on forth quarter 2003 being £517 000. Both retail and offices lots sizes had also increased. In the last quarter for 2003, £467m worth of properties were sold, with £233m of that coming from properties valued at over £1m.
