Scottish construction industry lacks workers

"Scottish construction skills survey" is based on results collected in August and September 2003 from 2 000 interviews. 7% of those interviewed reported vacancies relating to skills shortages. It is hoped that the findings will help to ensure that plans to address skills shortages are targeted effectively.
