CBRE predicts that total investments for 2004 will exceed Ł90bn, beating last year's Ł82bn. The level of cross-border transactions has dropped to Ł11.4bn, or 25% of the total, last year such deals formed 40% of the overall total. The UK still remains the most popular market for foreign investors.
