B was in rent arrears and in proceedings in QBD, relief against forfeiture was obtained. However B owed over £50,000. In May 1987 L issued a summons in the winding-up proceedings for possession. In December 1987 the registrar ordered F to give possession of the premises to L; however F appealed on the grounds that the premises were in fact occupied by a third party P. Appeal dismissed on the grounds that P could apply for relief against forfeiture.
