Certain members of the family of a deceased tenant applied to the Court for and Order declaring that the right of the deceased tenant to the tenancy of his crofts had not been disposed of according to law by his executor. The brother of the deceased tenant had been appointed executor dative and after confirmation had been granted in his favour he nominated his son to succeed to the tenancy.
