CA 30 March 1995. Upheld CC`s decision that in four instances, thee building societies were entitled to relief from forfeiture upon payment of arrears of rent, and where appropriate service charges. Landlords were not entitled to recover mesne profits between date of forfeiture and date of court order. Appeals dismissed.
