"South Australia Asset Management Corporation v York Montague Ltd", "United Bank of Kuwait plc v Prudential Property Services Ltd" and "Nykredit Mortgage Bank Ltd v Edward Erdman Group Ltd" HL 20 June 1996. Held that the valuers had been negligent in over-valuing but cannot be held liable for losses as a result of a fall in the property market, only for the difference between their figure and an accurate valuation at the time.
