In 1987 L.Ltd transferred the title absolute on part of its land to LB together with the easements and other rights as specified in a schedule to the transfer. Later in 1988 W.Ltd transferred the leasehold land to the defendants (LR) and LB`s purchase of the leasehold land was completed in 1989. LB claimed for a declaration that they and their successors in title were entitled to the benefit of the easements specified in the 1987 schedule.
