Two days before the agreed competion date S rejected the notice on grounds that he had not received copy entries that U was the registered proprietor of the land. U claimed S had accepted title by the National Conditions of Sale 9(6) and request for copy entries was made too late. S did not complete on the said date and U was granted that S had rescinded the contract and was entitled to forfeit the deposit. S`s appeal dismissed.
