"Creear v Fearon and another" CA 23 June 1994. Concerned interpretation of Agriculture Act 1986 sch 1 part 2 para 7(1)(a) in the calculation of tenants` fraction for compensation on surrender of milk quota. The landlord, who had accepted an unusually low rent, claimed that under this section there is an assumption that the rent payable refers to open market rent.
