From 1 April 2001 anyone needing to report a death, major injury, work related disease, dangerous occurrence or an injury that results in someone being unable to work for more than three days will be able to contact a new Incident Contact Centre in Caerphilly, Tel: 0845 300 9923, Fax: 0845 300 9924. It will also be possible to submit accident reports via the RIDDOR website: http://www.riddor.gov.uk, or by email: [email protected].
