Compares how the Scottish and English courts have differed in their interpretation of the "Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996" in a few areas. One area of interpretation is whether, following an application for enforcement of an adjudicator's decision, the court would be willing to enforce part of a decision if it seemed sound, and refuse enforcement of the remaining part if a successful challenge had been made.
