Four cases in which the defendant gypsies appealed against injunctions granted to local planning authorities under the Town and Country Planning Act s187B to restrain a breach of planning control. The gypsies were living in mobile homes on land that they occupied in breach of planning control. They argued that the courts granting the injunctions failed to consider, as well as relevant planning considerations, the probably effect of the order on their human rights under the Human Rights Act 1998 s6(1) and the Convention. "Held" the first three appeals were allowed but the fourth was dismissed.
