House prices up again

Price upturn was strongest in East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humberside with the London market now picking up after the summer. Potential number of buyers making enquiries went up in comparison with August. Chartered surveyors expect prices to continue to rise and the number of surveyors expecting sales to rise remains high.
