Industrial finds favour at auctions

Figures compiled by JLL show that 98 industrial investments were auctioned in April, May and June, compared with 30 during the same period last year. The statistics published by the Auction Results Analysis Service (ARAS) show that industrial yields fell from 7.99% in the first quarter to 7.7% in the second quarter.
