Series: RICS Press Release ; (pr084)15 August 2003, (2)Publication details: 2003Subject(s): Summary: In its submission to the Barker review of housing supply, RICS has singled out the massive shortfall in social and affordable housing as the root cause of the crisis in the UK housing market.
