The changes follow on a 12-month review, in conjunction with the insurance market, of the cover provided. RICS has worked to ensure that the minimum cover remains sufficiently comprehensive. The wording remains on a civil liability basis and provides cover for each and every claim, subject to policy terms and conditions. A specific coverage relating to asbestos claims has been negotiated with insurers.
