NFB launches partnering scheme

The Construction Accredited Partner Scheme (CAPS) will provide a register of independently accredited contractors with proven supply chain management and benchmarking expertise. It is hoped that the scheme will enable contractors to participate successfully in the new procurement routes being rolled out by Government.
