Looks at how the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 should force designers and landlords to rethink their attitudes towards disabled people. Warns that the implementaion of the Act may highlight that different solutions may be required by different people. Points out that under the law, disabled people have the right to be treated as a non-disabled person. Recommends access audits to indicate property shortcomings.
