Of those four Welsh counties Gwynedd (57%) and West Glamorgan (56%) have seen the biggest house price rises over the past 12 months. The 10 counties with the biggest price gains during the last 12 months are all outside southern England. All these counties have seen house prices increases of 30% or more.
