Government exercise to protect tenancy deposit schemes

Both types of scheme must include a dispute resolution scheme for settling disputes over deposits. RICS has signed up to an existing scheme - the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) run by the Dispute Service Ltd which is bidding for a contract to run an insured scheme.
