Discusses indemnity clauses in development agreements, commenting on "Wiltshire CC v Crest Estate Ltd" ([2005] EWCA Civ 1059, L131040) in which CA was divided over the meaning of an indemnity clause in an agreement between a highway authority and a residential property developer.
