Looks at the Technology and Construction Court's approach to contested applications to enforce adjudicator's decisions since the passing of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996. The reported cases show that the court is becoming increasingly reluctant to interfere with an adjudicator's decision, even where breach of natural justice is claimed.
