Examines the issue whether or not an outgoing tenant's guarantor can be required to guarantee that tenant's assignee after the decision in "Good Harvest Partnership v Centaur Services Ltd" ([2001] EWHC 330 (Ch) (L149727)). "Held": A tenant's guarantor is not required to guarantee that tenant's assignee but the guarantor can be required to guarantee a tenant's assignee under an authorised guarantee agreement.
