Each section is accompanied by a manual, containing CV layouts, typical interview questions, planning checklists and sample letters. The aim of the course is to describe simple techniques to exploit the unadvertised job market and includes a step by step guide on how to build a hit list of preferred employers, identify and develop contracts and set up special approaches. The course also gives detailed advice on CV writing and interview techniques, reinforcing the need for careful preparation and identification of employer needs.
