The development of the Code was led by an Expert Panel, convened and facilitated by Welsh Government. This Panel bought together representatives from all key stakeholders in the sector in Wales including RICS ensuring a broad and balanced range of perspectives from across the tenanted sector. It provides guidance on the standards of behaviour expected from all landlords and tenants as well as those providing professional advice in connection with agricultural tenancy matters. RICS are delighted to fully endorse this Code and are pleased that this Code provides RICS members and firms with a document which outlines a route to follow for good behaviour in this area of practice.
