Entitled 'RICS appraisal and valuation standards' the handbook reduces the size of the standards and makes them available online, reflects on the increasing international status of RICS and adopts and supports international valuation standards as well as clarifying worldwide standards and those specific to practice in a particular state and clarifies between Practice Statements (PS) and Guidance Notes (GN).
