Where a tenant had sought to renew his business tenancy, and the landlord objected on the basis he proposed to carry on a business himself on the premises, the judge had been entitled to conclude that the landlord had not shown the necessary intention to occupy premises for the purpose of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s30(1)(g) as the intention to occupy was only temporary.
