Considers how development plans can be challenged under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Examines proposals for revising the procedure for challenging plans outlined in the Planning and Compensation Purchase Bill. These include the amendment of s284 and s187 of the 1990 Act and provision of a new section dealing exclusively with challenges to the various new forms of plans .outlined in cl78 of the Bill. Refers extensively to case law throughout.
