The Town and Country Planning General Development (Amendment) (No 6) Order 1992 came into force 13 November 1992. It makes changes to the permitted development rights for underground working at coal mines and for minerals exploration as well as revoking British Coal`s permitted development rights for opencast coal prospecting.
