520 _aLand assembly is a key barrier to development and urban renaissance. This is recognised in a number of leading research studies. Whilst the focus of these studies has varied, they have nevertheless concluded with some consistency that present methods for assembling land in the UK have significant limitations. This research aims to provide understanding of how satisfactory outcomes are achieved by effective and innovative approaches to land assembly.
