Part III outlines registration procedures for money service operators and high value dealers, sets out the powers of the Custom and Excise Commissioners in relation to money service operators and high value dealers and lists penalties, review and appeal procedures. Part IV deals with miscellaneous provisions. HM Treasury has published a Transposition Note (J124894)setting out how the main elements of Directive 2001/97/EC will be transposed into UK law.
