520 _aRICS, ODPM and DfT published the "Land value and public transport stage one" report in October 2002, which assessed the interrelationship between land use, land value and public transport and included a literature review on measuring property and land value uplift following the implementation of new transport infrastructure. "Land value and public transport stage two" reports on a pilot study of a draft methodology created by the study team to test how movements in value as a result of new transport infrastructure can be measured. The report uses both quantitive and qualitative techniques to test and analyse the draft methodology on the Croydon Tramlink, which was opened in May 2000. Appendices. Figures.
