520			_aSet out a number of amendments to the Land Registration Rules 2003 including those relating to the prescription of that part of the contents (and its form) which must be contained in all prescribed clauses leases and to the entries which the registrar must make in respect of interests contained in a lease created on or after 19 June 2006, which is being completed by registration under s27(2)(b) of the Land Registration Act 2002. Contains also a new application form AP1 and other replacement forms. Part IV amends the principal rules to take account of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 and Part V provides, subject to an exception, for forms replaced by these rules to be used for a transitional period.
