| 520 | _aThis paper presents the results of a panel study of rents in the UK commercial property market. It is part of a comprehensive study of this market. Rents are analysed for 11 regions and three property types (retail, office and industrial). The basic model incorporates a rental adjustment model within an error correction framework. The data set includes 29 years for the regions. Long run equilibrium relationships are estimated and, where appropriate, separate models are developed for different types of region. | ||
