Confidence and activity have all improved, suggesting that the market is emerging out of the slowdown seen over the prior 18 months. Sales completions rose to the highest level since September 2004, rising 8% over the past three months. The amount of available property on the market rose in December but surveyors fear a shortage in the New Year.
