520			_aAmend the Building Regulations 2000 and the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2000. Reg 2 amends the Building Regulations 2000, with para 2 inserting a new Regulation 16B. This requires a person carrying out work to a building or part of a building to which the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies to give fire safety information in relation to that building to the responsible person. Reg 3 amends the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2000, with para 2 amending Reg 11 to add compliance with the Building Regulations 2000 Reg 16B. Regs 1, 2(1), 2(5), 3(1), 3(3), 3(4) and 4 will come into force on 15 January 2007. Regs 2(2), 2(3), 2(4) and 3(2) will come into force on 6 April 2007.
