Despite initial evidence to this effect it was found that there were generally other factors involved. Any impact was most significant for terraced and semi-detached house and those properties located within a mile of the farm. Found that wind farm developers avoided the problem to a certain extent by siting their developments where they would have minimal impact on property prices.
