Reveals that industry awareness of environmental issues and their impact has increased significantly, with 98% of respondents believing that construction has a part to play in climate change. Other key findings include: 94.6% of respondents felt that green building was the future for construction; 86% thought there is financial advantage to constructing energy efficient buildings; 73% had witnessed greater demand for energy efficient buildings over the last five years; and 66.6% felt that the current building regulations were lacking.
