It seeks to provide evidence that residents do see value in urban green spaces, and that they are prepared to pay a premium for proximity to such places. Finds that the a premium is paid across all residence types. However while flats attract a high premium, the effect upon house prices is negative. This may be due to anti-social behaviour sometimes associated with such areas. | ||
