520 _aKey findings include a slight reduction in households' satisfaction with the place they live to 48%. Around half expressed crime and traffic as their top concerns. The level of concern about crime is steadily reducing, with social renters, lone parents, Londoners and people in deprived areas being the most concerned. People without their own transport listed hospital access as their biggest concern in terms of public services. Satisfaction with landlords among private tenants outstripped that expressed by social tenants by 76% to 70%.
