The All Property capital value short term indicator tumbled to -27.0% in November, with Central London offices the hardest hit. The All Property Rental growth indicator stands at 3.8% in the year to date. Only Central London offices had any significant rental growth at 0.9%, but this is still down from the summer high of 2.3%.
